Thank you for your interest in our new store. At this time, Alabama Chanin ships exclusively with UPS Ground to addresses in the USA. Be patient with us as we are a small company which provides handmade goods. Our order processing and shipping may take up to 3 days and custom made items may take longer.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered and Alabama Chanin is happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise which is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Don’t forget that all items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, labels and materials and that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

You can send any item back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Any refund will be credited back to your PayPal account or credit card. Please allow one to two weeks from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
